How To Win!

1. *Submit Your Before Photos*: All participants must submit clear before photos (front, side, and back views) before the challenge start date. Photos must be timestamped or taken within 24 hours of submitting to qualify.

2. *Set Your Goals*: Clearly outline your fitness and health goals for the challenge. These can be weight loss, muscle gain, or other specific fitness achievements.

3. *Follow the Program*: To be eligible for the cash-back prize, you must follow the workout and nutrition plan provided. Progress will be monitored through weekly check-ins.

4. *Weekly Check-ins*: Every week, submit your check in form via the group to track your journey. Consistency is key!

5. *Stay Active in the Community*: Engage in the group and share your progress. Support and motivate other BossLady challengers—this is a team effort!

6. *Final Progress Submission*: At the end of the challenge, submit your after photos in the same format as your before photos.
